People in the test group can find Digital Time Travel inside their profile. A new section called “Your Time Travel” will appear. Tapping this shows collections of past posts. Users can scroll through years. They can also pick a specific year to explore. The display shows photos, status updates, and check-ins from that time.
Facebook explained the reason for this test. The company wants to help people remember important moments. Many users have years of posts on Facebook. Finding specific old memories can be hard now. This feature aims to solve that problem. It organizes a user’s history visually.
